RETURN-REFUND & DAMAGES

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO ALLOW FOR A SMOOTH RETURN PROCESS!

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • DIVITIAE GLAMOUR strives for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. All Item returned without original packaging or ditached tags from product will may be rejected or incur a 25% restocking Fee.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Products returned without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective (see section 4 for instructions on damaged products).
  • All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Inspection and Restocking Fee:

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Products returned used, damaged, or without original tags attached and original packaging may incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Any products deemed unfit for resale may not be eligible for a refund or may incur additional fees.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Return request due to damaged item will not be processed beyond 10 days from the date the item was received by the customer.
  • To process a return for damaged products, customers must submit clear picture or video evidence of the damage to assist with the assessment.
  • Once verified, we will provide further instructions for returning the damaged item and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Exclusions:

  • Certain items may be exempt from our return policy due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
